Construction

The five semi-detached villas are made up of two above-ground levels (ground floor and first floor). Each accommodation is accessible by a ramp located on the side of the South facade by a mezzanine. All have a garden with a view of Lake Geneva, a terrace, a balcony overlooking the patio and a balcony on the north facade, a patio in the center of the dwellings as well as two parking spaces for four-wheeled motorized vehicles.

On the ground floor are the sleeping areas and bedrooms, the day and living areas are on the first floor.

The roofs of the villas are flat and contain a retention for rainwater as well as solar and photovoltaic panels.

Each home is of high energy performance standard (HPE).

Construction is planned with a supporting structure in reinforced concrete.
